We take great care in making your tea experience wonderful for you and those you love. In order to ensure your teas arrive in the state they were shipped and are just as enjoyable on the last dip as they are on the first, please:

• do not leave tea package deliveries in extreme temperatures.
• Keep your teas sealed in their foil packages for longer freshness.
• Store tea pouches in a cool, dry place like your kitchen cabinet.
• Do not burn your tea with boiling water. Tea water should be hot to near boiling.
• Steep your tea covered for 3-5 minutes for black teas, 1-2 minutes for green and white teas, 2-3 minutes for combination teas, and 5-8 minutes for herbal teas.

We do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, should you encounter a problem, please let us know immediately upon receipt of your tea. 

Refunds are only given if an issue occurred with the product itself during preparation or if there was a packaging issue on our end. We are not responsible for buyer error such as leaving packages outside or unopened for extended periods, failure to properly store teas in a cool, dry place in a sealed container etc.

Returns for producer error must be shipped within 3 days of receipt, and shippped in the original container. We do not refund postage on original purchases or returned items.
